Terms and Conditions for 'Ratri Before Navratri' Event

Registration Requirement:

All participants must register online by submitting their complete details. The organizers reserve the right to refuse entry to individuals whose names do not appear on the registration list.

Event Passes:

Participants must carry their event pass and a government-approved ID matching the registration name. Passes cannot be sold, transferred, or shared. Entry will be denied without a valid pass and ID.

Attire:

Traditional attire is mandatory for all attendees. Failure to comply with the dress code may result in denied entry.

Couple Pass:

Couple pass holders must enter together. If the male participant cancels, the female may enter alone, but the male will be denied entry as the pass is valid for one-time use only. Solo entry for male participants is not permitted.

Registration and Payment Process:

Online registration does not guarantee access to the event. Registrations will be confirmed only after approval by the organizers, and participants must make full payment within 72 hours of registration.

Non-Refundable Payments:

Once the payment for event passes has been made, it will be non-refundable under any circumstances, including no-shows.

Event Cancellations:

In the event of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, government restrictions, rains, pandemics (e.g., COVID-19), or any other reasons beyond the organizers' control, no refunds will be issued for the passes.

Conduct:

The organizers reserve the right to remove any participant from the event for unruly or inappropriate behaviour, without refund or compensation.

Liability:

The organizers will not be held responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property during the event. Attendees participate at their own risk.

Security Checks:

Attendees may be subject to security checks upon entry. The organizers reserve the right to deny entry to individuals who refuse to comply with security protocols.

Photography and Media:

By attending the event, participants consent to be photographed and filmed, and for such media to be used by the organizers for promotional purposes without compensation.

Final Decision:

All decisions regarding the event, including admission, conduct, and the schedule, lie solely with the organizers. The organizers’ decision will be final and binding on all participants.

Jurisdiction:

All disputes arising out of or in connection with the event shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Rajkot, Gujarat, India.
